Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may be longer during holidays, sales or periods of high order volume.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an incorrect shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and available shipping options.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $75 or more. The qualifying order amount is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. orders typically arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the shipping label is created.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, El Paso Clothing ships within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to order?
Please refer to our Size Guide for garment measurements and sizing information. For the most accurate comparison, measure a similar garment you already own that fits you well and compare those measurements with our size charts.
What should I do if I'm between sizes?
Fit depends on your personal preference. If you're between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, consider choosing the larger size.
Are the measurements exact?
Our size charts provide garment measurements, but measurements may vary slightly between individual garments due to normal manufacturing tolerances. Please review the notes provided with each size chart.

Will the product colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We work to represent product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and individual product variations.
Will you release more El Paso designs?
Yes. We're continually developing new El Paso Clothing designs inspired by El Paso, Texas, the 915, the Southwest and the culture of the Sun City. Check our New Arrivals for the latest releases.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Some products and sizes may be restocked, while others may be limited or discontinued. Availability can vary by design and product.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item?

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with details about the issue. If necessary, we may ask for photos so we can review the problem.
